RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


SISTER EPIC stands behind the craftsmanship and durability of each of our pieces. So, we will gladly accept returns/exchanges if the item you receive is damaged or defective. Please email info@sisterepic.com for approval and a return authorization number (RA#).

In the event of a return/exchange, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the shipping. A tracking number and return authorization number (RA#) must be sent to info@sisterepic.com to initiate the return process. 

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
